- Consumers understand that the Realtors and other Real Estate Service Providers in both the BestHomeSearch.com and The Real Estate Savings Center Networks are independent businesses, not employed by The Real Estate Savings Center, LLC or Best Home Search, and therefore they should have their own Privacy Policy Link posted on their own Company or Personal Websites for the consumer’s review.
Network Members: Real Estate Brokers, Realtors, Home Builders, Mortgage Lenders, Home Inspectors, Closing Service Providers, and other qualified Real Estate Service Providers who want to become a Member of The Real Estate Savings Center Network, shall please understand the following:
- The Real Estate Savings Center, LLC provides Network Memberships to qualified REALTORS® and other Service providers who have a minimum of 4-years of Professional Service Experience in their Local areas. Each Network member must have their own Privacy Policy Link posted on their Company or Individual Website so consumers can be Fully Informed as to how any personal information they may share will be treated.
- As a Network Member you shall have your Website or Webpage marketed to our Network Website Visitors. It is up to you as a member to make sure your website is in compliance with any Local National, and/or Federal Regulations and Laws pertaining to Online Marketing, Can-Spam, Copyright, and Security Rules.
- As a Network Member of BestHomeSearch.com and/or TheRealEstateSavingsCenter.com, you will have Consumers directed to your company or personal website without having to fill out any forms ahead of time. This should relate to more consumers actually accessing your website and then deciding if they want to share their personal information with you. Network Members who offer Consumer Savings will also have the option to receive a”Real Estate Savings Request” form filled out by Consumers. Any Forms and information therein sent to Members though our systems shall remain Confidential and not shared outside of your Company.
- As a Network Member you have the option to download a Free Member Referral Link to earn additional Exclusive City Marketing areas.
